As part of a major regeneration project, Thermaflo was appointed to deliver core mechanical and electrical infrastructure for a mixed-use development comprising office, retail, and leisure spaces. Our scope included riser installation, chilled water distribution, and electrical containment. Works were coordinated with multiple contractors and phased to meet tight programme milestones.
